It's another KSU . . . Firstdown!
It's safe to say that I can't stand anything remotely related to KSU. From their f'n girl colors, to their curriculum of meat sacks/animals and agriculture, I hate everything they stand for. A 55,000 seat stadium that isn't sold out 3 games into a new coach's tenure, to the ridiculous comment made by prince before the louisville game. (In response to the keys of todays games, he responded "we need to play like our mascot. Play wild and fight like cats.") I hate KSU, and even more since they claimed a recent recruit of ours. That mother f'n turncoat. People have been lynched for less . . .
If Nebraska can continue on their restore the order tour and beat the wildcats this weekend everything will once again be right in the world. K-state will most likely flounder for the rest of the season and 'hopefully' miss the postseason. Ron Prince will alienate some more players next year and this rickety Pakistani built house of cards will come tumbling down to the good ole days of the 1980's when the likes of northwestern State would count a trip to manhatton as a practice/Dubya game. If KSU wins, they are contenders in the big 12 north, and i will begin bleeding internally, a slow painful death.
For all that is holy in the world, Go Huskers!!

For what it's worth, Iowa State has started doing the first down thing too. "The chains are moving south, that means its another Cyclone...Firstdown!" Man, I'm glad I'm not an Iowa State fan. From the "The Golden Rule: Beat Nebraska" T-Shirts, to the pregame that consisted of the alumni president trying to pump up the crowd by running around the field in khakis and a Cyclone jersey leading half-hearted cheers, I was laughing heartily for much of the game. Regardless, it's safe to say that I hate K-State worse. Here is to a Husker win, hopefully by no less than 28.
P.S. Three Cheers for Iowa State fans who set an attendence record against I-AA rival NIU, then going right back out against ranked faux-rival Nebraska and ALMOST matching it. GO CLONES! I will give them one thing, though. I do like Ames and their campus and am jealous of their vast expanses of tailgating space.
If I had to re-title this article, it would read "Fathead Week".

I agree with pretty much everything said. Especially Derek's comments about laughing at Iowa State's pre-game "spectacular."
