A Faster Tempo, and No not that shitty mid 80's to 90s Ford car

Apparently the Practice tempo has really picked up this year compared to last year. I want to say this is a positive sign that maybe we will be a quicker better prepared team come this fall. Last year's team took awhile(the Colorado game) to get warmed up.

Tight Ends,
What is this I hear about tight end being a loaded position? Uhhh I'm calling bullshit, a 3 yard out and fall down on one's ass is not a loaded position, unless loaded refers to the lead in their ass.

K-State once again loses a player, this time a sophomore TE who was 22nd nationally last year as a recruit. The story goes he couldn't practice because he didn't pass the physical fitness test of 3 shuttle runs. He passed the first 2 but not the third . . . The reason he leaves though, HE CLAIMS, is because other players didn't make their designated times yet were allowed to play . . . Is he playing favorites again? Yikes, apparently he's trying to break the nepotism record held by the old Rumanian dictator Nikolai Ceausescu, i didn't think he could do it, but at this rate his future sons will be the OC, DC, and Starting QB in less than 5 years.

Add to that 2 more players who decided to leave K-State last Sunday, (a freshmen running back and wide receiver), and the list of Prince-haters is quickly growing. I think he's just got a certain demeanor and way of coaching that rubs a lot of people the wrong way. Those favoritism charges though are starting to appear more and more plausible.

I have a comment about the frank solich quote of the week. I don't think it a frank solich quote. Frank was stupid and confusing. Bobby Bowden is funny and tells it how it is. Whoever put that in that section is an idiot.
