Jim Rose Dandies

As rumors swirl around Lincoln like Night of the Twisters, our beloved football program, on the field, could not be any worse or more embarrasing. It turns out that it's gotten so bad, even our biased radio team of Jim Rose and Adrian Fiala cannot mask their disappointment for the sake of the program. While listening to the Texas A&M game's radio broadcast, via the internet, Husker fans heard plenty of confirmation that yes, we really do blow. The following are a few of my favorites...

"That is inexcusable. It's one thing if a freshman does it, but this is a 3-year starter.""This is awful."

"The Aggies have flat dominated the 3rd quarter."

"The defense hasn't stopped anybody. That's the problem."

"This is the worst I've ever seen a Nebraska defense." ~Jim Rose during a commercial break which internet listeners can still hear what they're saying.

"You need a first down in that situation doggonit, not a TD! And curious playcalling set us up for failure in that situation." (2 pass plays called on 3rd/short and 4th/short from the TAMU 6)

"This is really sad."

"The Aggies are giving us a clinic on how to run the read-option."

"Things are pretty glum here in Lincoln."

"For the life of me I just can't understand why Nebraska hasn't put 8 men in the box. The defense has been in a base all game."

"Just-make-a-play! You can't let a team just roll down the field on you."

"How do we only have 14 points against a team that ranks among the worst in pass effiecency defense?!?"
